Hookit first researches the prospect using live web search — company profile, recent news, hiring signals. It then generates a personalized email grounded in that research, your configured AI context (ICP, product, tone), and optional proof points. Every initial email is scored 1–10 by a QA evaluator before it’s marked ready to send.
Yes — by default, all AI-drafted sequences require manager approval before sending. Managers can review, inline-edit, approve or reject with a reason. The approval gate can be relaxed per sequence if your team prefers a faster flow, but the default is always human-in-the-loop.
Each campaign has a configurable plain-language checklist. Two criteria are always present: Personalization (references specific, real details about the lead) and Quality (well-formed, on-topic, concise). Proof-point inclusion is verified by exact string matching — not by the LLM — to prevent false positives. Emails below 7/10 are flagged for regeneration, never silently sent.
