Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential schools and educational institutions interested in digital transformation using Bluewings. Develop targeted plans to build a strong client base within the education sector.
- Client Workplace Engagement: Conduct direct fieldwork to connect with schools, visiting client workplaces regularly to build relationships and understand their needs better.
- Product Demo & Presentation: Provide in-depth demonstrations of Bluewings to school administrators, showcasing how features like our digital diary, attendance tracking, and chat system can streamline their daily operations.
- Presales & Proposal Creation: Engage in presales activities, including creating customized proposals, discussing specific school needs, and negotiating terms to ensure alignment with each client’s objectives.
- Follow-up & Deal Closure: Keep consistent follow-ups with potential clients, address queries promptly, and work toward closing the deal effectively to onboard new schools.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with schools to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction. Work on retention strategies to keep clients engaged and satisfied with Bluewings over time.
- Feedback Collection & Collaboration with Product Development: Gather client feedback about the product to identify areas for improvement and potential new features. Work closely with the product development team to translate this feedback into product updates that address client needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Sales (EdTech Preferred): Strong background in sales, ideally within software products or educational technology.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on sales and relationship building; strong understanding of lead generation, presales processes, and client retention.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal teams to provide valuable feedback on product needs and improvements from the client’s perspective.
